Loyalty program
As part of SynHosting\'s loyalty program, we provide all our users with automatic discounts that accumulate annually.
SynHosting's loyalty program consists of two parts: the discount you receive after the age of your user account, and the discounts on your ongoing services.
User account loyalty bonus
Starting from the creation of your user (WebAdmin) account, we give you an automatic discount that increases by +1% every two years after each deposit, divided annually. This means that you will receive a +0.5% discount on your deposits every year. The maximum available discount is 10%.
Example: In the case of a 6-year account and 10,000 points purchased, when the payment is credited to the account, the discount is 10,000*(6*0.5/100)=300, i.e. 300 points are automatically credited to your balance.
The loyalty points associated with your account are credited when purchasing points, i.e. when using any payment method.
Ongoing service (order) loyalty bonus
We provide an automatic discount that increases by +1% annually for each service you run without interruption in annual breakdown. The discount is applied when you pay for the current or new payment period of the service, and the discount will then appear on your balance. The discount is valid for each of your services separately. The maximum available discount is 10%.
Example: When you deposit 10,000 points on your balance for a game server that has been running without interruption for 6 years, the discount is 10,000*(6*1/100)=600, meaning that 600 points are automatically credited to your balance.
The loyalty points belonging to the service (your order) are credited when points are deducted from the service.
Combinable, cumulative discounts
Both parts of our loyalty program are valid and added together, meaning that with the above examples, an immediate 900 points gift point credit is made. The 0.5% account discount and the 1% service discount increase by the specified percentage each year. The maximum discount can be 10+10=20%.
